About the portal

Property Locator helps visitors discover property advertisements and contact advertisers. Listings may be supplied by owners, agents, builders or public social-media posts. An advertisement appearing on the portal does not establish ownership, legal approval or present availability.

Check before proceeding

Prices are advertised asking prices and may change. Indicative market information is not a formal valuation. Confirm measurements, access, water facilities, approvals, title, encumbrances, applicable project registration and all transaction terms independently with the advertiser and suitable professionals. Some listings may already be sold; confirm current availability with the seller.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials private. Do not impersonate another person, submit deceptive advertisements, misuse seller contact details, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. Contact information is provided for relevant property enquiries.

Submitting a property

Only submit properties you are authorised to advertise and photos or descriptions you have permission to use. By submitting content for publication, you permit Property Locator to display and format it for the listing, including resizing photos. Follow our Listing Guidelines. We may request corrections, decline, update or remove inaccurate, duplicate, outdated or inappropriate listings.

Transactions and third-party content

Property negotiations, payments and agreements must be confirmed with the relevant parties. Do not transfer money solely on the strength of an online advertisement. External websites and social-media services operate independently. Contact us if a listing appears misleading or uses your content without permission.

Updates and questions

These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
