Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Information we collect and why

When you register, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, City/town/Village and account preference to create and manage your account. Your password is stored as a one-way hash. We send essential verification and password-reset emails. Mobile numbers are not verified by SMS.

We store your saved properties and property submissions, including the details, contact number and photos you provide. New submissions are reviewed before publication. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, we receive the information you choose to share there.

Public listings and private account details

Your registration mobile number and location are not automatically published in listings. Account records, saved properties and pending submissions are accessible to you and authorised site operators. Written seller contact details require login. Listing photos remain public and some existing photos may contain phone numbers. Avoid placing personal information or phone numbers in new listing photos.

Activity and cookies

While you are logged in, we record account actions, listing page views, contact views, saved properties and submission activity for up to 90 days. Authorised administrators can review this activity. We use an essential session cookie for login and form protection. Login attempts are rate limited using keyed hashes of the connection address and email; these counters expire automatically.

Service providers and external links

Our hosting, database and email services process information needed to operate the portal. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and other external sites are governed by those services’ own privacy practices. Opening a seller contact link may share your message and contact details with that seller through the service you choose.

Retention and your choices

Account information is kept while your account is active. Administrator deletion disables an account and retains it for recovery; it does not automatically erase every record. Backups and records needed for legal or security purposes may be retained where required.

You can ask to access or correct your information, request account or listing removal, withdraw permission for future publication, or raise a privacy concern through our Contact page. We may need to confirm your identity or authority before acting. Withdrawing information needed to operate an account may prevent us from continuing that service. Please do not send passwords or identity documents through a public listing.
