Help buyers understand your property.
Updated 20 October 2026
Include the essential details
- Property type, city or town, locality and nearby landmark.
- Land or built-up area with clear units, dimensions and road access where known.
- Asking price and its basis: total, per cent, per acre, rent or lease.
- Facing, facilities, building age and approvals where supported by documents.
- Your role as owner, authorised agent or builder, and a working seller contact.
- Current availability and any important limitations.
Use clear and authorised photos
Upload photos you have permission to publish. Avoid phone numbers, identity documents and private personal information in posters or photos. New photos are saved as resized WebP images. Public photos can be viewed without logging in; written seller contact details require login.
Keep claims accurate
Do not invent approvals, guaranteed returns, ownership claims, distances or facilities. Identify illustrations and proposed developments clearly. Confirm availability with the seller and tell us when a property is sold or withdrawn. We may retain an older advertisement with an availability reminder; its presence does not mean it is still for sale.
Review and corrections
New account submissions remain pending until reviewed. We may ask for missing information, consolidate duplicates or decline misleading content. Publication is not a legal verification of the property. Use Report a Listing to flag an error, outdated availability or unauthorised content.
