Your account privacy.

Property Locator uses your name, email address, mobile number, City/town/Village and account preference to provide your account. Your password is stored as a one-way hash. We send essential verification and password-reset emails. New registration details (name, email, mobile number, City/town/Village and account preference) are also emailed to our authorised administrator for account management. Passwords and verification links are not included in that notification.

Your registration location and mobile number are private to you and authorised site operators and is not published as a listing contact. We do not send marketing messages as part of registration. Your saved properties and pending submissions are private to your account and authorised site operators. If you submit a listing, you choose to allow Property Locator to publish its details, photo and supplied contact number after review.

Uploaded photos are converted to WebP. Only upload images you have permission to use; avoid identity documents and personal information in photographs.

Account information is kept while your account is active. For account information, correction or deletion requests, contact Property Locator through the website. Backups and records needed for legal or security purposes may be retained where required.

While you are logged in, we record account actions, listing page views, contact views, saved properties and submission activity for up to 90 days, visible to authorised administrators. Deleted accounts are disabled and retained for administrator recovery; contact us for permanent deletion requests. We use an essential session cookie for login and form protection. Login attempts are rate limited using keyed hashes of the connection address and account email. These counters expire automatically. No advertising cookies are added by the account area.
